PAUL A. RICCHIAZZI
Candidate for BVCSD DIRECTOR
Transparency
It starts with the Board
Accountability
Every Level of the Organization
We need to bring accountability back to those in charge of making decisions on behalf of the community, implementation by management of tasks assigned, and answer to the community for any inconsistencies.
Efficiency
Purging the Dysfunction
Since the Board has limited oversight of the overall operations of the Community Services District, it is incumbent to have the best management team to implement the duties assigned and clear a path to success for all staff achieving the objectives established by the Board.
Safety
Our Priority Over All Else
Let's keeps our priorities and plan simple:
-
Safe Water
-
Safe Waste Management
-
Safe Roads
-
Safe Community
Decision-Making
Only way to make progress...
Good decisions have many variables and are hard to make for the community as a whole. This is where it is most important in selecting the right candidate. No matter what decisions there are to be made there will always be an element of risk, limited options, logical reasoning, clear values and trade-offs, and other factors that sets us candidates apart. Ultimately, the decision is up to you as who you prefer to represent your views and aligned with your risk tolerance.
